Kingston Pain Clinic is committed to promoting personal health and wellness. We recognize the uniqueness of each patient. Our philosophy is rooted in the age old idea that comprehensive therapies yield better results than singular treatments.
We have Special Practice Exemptions. FHO/FHT/FHN physicians will not be negated in the RA.
Each patient is seen personally by our physician on referral from their family physician or another specialist.
A valid OHIP Health Card is needed to access our clinic. Patients are assessed and provided with a comprehensive pain management plan. We recognize pain affects various activities of daily living including sleep, mood, social activities, family life and work. We trive to provide solutions to our patient in these areas as well.
Our Services
Nerve Block and Trigger Point Injections
Nerve blocks and trigger point injections can provide effective pain relief for patients. These services are fully covered by the OHIP system.
Work and Auto Injuries
We work with WSIB and car insurers to ensure patients are provided with optimum care. When needed, our physician will write medical reports outling proposed therapies to ensure that patients can access benefits they need to recover.
Headaches & Migraines
An overwhelming number of people suffer from headaches and migraines, making days a little harder and life a little more stressful. Over the last several years, published research shows evidence that Botox is effective at treating migraines and headaches. We are proud to provide this therapy to our patients.
